what we offer?
We install bell drives
Our bell drives are built based on linear motors.
Bell drives powered by a linear motor have the following features:
A bell driven by a linear motor is controlled at a frequency allowed by its weight and suspension design, ensuring proper and even striking of the bell's heart.
The bell's 'life' is extended by precise adjustment of the tilt angle, thus regulating the striking force of the bell.
The induced force through the magnetic field operates very gently, avoiding jerks or sudden accelerations.
It does not have any crank systems, wheels, belts, or chains that would spoil the architectural appearance of the bell tower.
There is no permanent connection between the drive and the bell, allowing manual ringing in case of power failure, which other solutions do not offer;
It is very energy-efficient, with minimal power fluctuations during startup and braking, no sparking, and minimal radio interference when using thyristor circuits.
It meets all fire safety requirements and can operate near flammable elements (e.g., dry wooden bell tower structures) because the motor housing is filled with non-flammable epoxy resin, with an internal thermal sensor that automatically shuts down the motor if it overheats.
The drive components require virtually no maintenance.
All of this makes such a solution very modern and reliable.
